Liked: Had a problem on checkin. Reserved thru booking.com a suite and we were giving a one bed king size room. Was told since booked through 3rd party not guaranteed the room from that site. They did switch to another room. However, it was booked and almost had to find another hotel to stay. And could not find a number to call booking.com with issue. Staff said should have booked directly , instead of 3rd party.
Disliked: Check-in issue bc of 3rd party booking. Not given room reserved and paid for in advance.
