Passable

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, due to some issue at the property they are having problem with the water heater. I stayed for 4 nights and it was not hot during my entire stay. Kitchen utensils are not clean and some of them are rusty and not usable. In my room the phone isn't working and I have to go to the front desk to request if I need anything. It would be better if the housekeeping showed up at least alternative days to give new towels and bed sheets. The water from the shower is very slow, the fridge door gasket is tearing apart.

Disliked: Checking in was a nightmare, the smell of pot right outside the entrance was so bad, you’d gag. Sad because I’ve been here before and it was really nice. It’s really went downhill.

Not what I expected .

Liked: I cancelled the reservation because the type was not what I thought I booked . I requested a one bedroom Queen suite but the reservation was for a Queen suite which is a studio. We needed two beds. The hotel was booked so I cancelled the reservation and still waiting on a partial refund .

Liked: I really enjoyed the suite, it was so beneficial, and the location was five minutes from my daughter, whom house was so full for the holidays, I had fun with my family, but I needed two days of quiet, relaxing rest alone-time, and I slept so good!
Disliked: No problems for me.
