Disliked: no one was there when we were trying to check in. multiple people trying to check in came and went. nobody was helpful when we did get in touch with someone. we were there for almost an hour before the next person to come in for work. he was the only one that was helpful. all of the management that we were eventually able to talk with were rude and disrespectful and one hung up on someone that was in our party.

Liked: Couldn’t check me in or out without it taking 10 minutes. Had major trouble finding my reservation, getting POS to work, etc. Staff not bright or poorly trained. Coffee was a gross, smelly sludge. The gym was a train wreck both days with no wipes, no tv remotes, no towels.
Disliked: Was very dirty. Dead cockroaches in the stairwell
