Liked: The room was remodeled and clean
Disliked: The staff was not very good, endless delays, taking 10 minutes to check each one in. There were tennis shoes laying on the dining table when we checked in and they were still there the next morning during breakfast. Unsanitary to say the least. Coffee maker was not working, nothing else to eat and the staff seems listless. Facility seems to focus on keeping their expenses down and not focusing on travelers.

Super clean and safe place...

Liked: Super duper clean! Complimentary use of laundry machines- much needed after severe weather impacted travel for 24 hrs. Kind front desk staff.
Disliked: Had to call for the airport shuttle to pick me up but couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk - call was put on auto hold numerous times. Had to grab an Uber as I didn’t like standing there by myself at 10pm. Front desk was very kind and offered a late checkout and prescheduled me for the complimentary shuttle ride back to the airport.
