Disliked: There was a loud truck outside my window sitting idle for a while. That was a major interruption to my evening, however, that is not the hotel's fault.

Liked: I couldn't get my boarding pass on the computer, I didn't understand how it worked. Jada came over to help me, she even printed it out for me. Everyone was very kind.
