Liked: I couldn't get my boarding pass on the computer, I didn't understand how it worked. Jada came over to help me, she even printed it out for me. Everyone was very kind.
Disliked: Nothing

Great for the value!

Liked: Very clean, easy check in, comfortable bed
Disliked: Access to the parking lot and following GPS was difficult. I am not from the area and my GPS was having difficulties directing us to the entrance of where the hotel is located.

Liked: Nice and clean. Close to eateries and shops. Not far to downtown Detroit.

Liked: Location was appropriate for purpose of the trip
Disliked: Was told at check in they were overbooked for our type of room , did not recieve an advance email or call regarding situation but was accomodated with 2 King rooms in lieu of original booked double queen room
