Disappointing.

Liked: The rooms were like the pictures, and it was nice to have a full kitchen. nice location.
Disliked: staff sucked. no sound on the tv. stairwell stunk so bad you had to hold your breath, elevator broken. Roach in hallway. Bags of someone's old baby stuff thrown into bags left in hallway, gave hallway a smell.

Disliked: The water did not get hot it was lukewarm

Liked: I loved the location and kitchen and room size.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable even with the mattress pad. It alone is the reason I will not return, everything else was good.

Liked: The room was nice and the staff was great! Love the location we were around plenty of food places and shopping
Disliked: The room was nice just had a minor odor but we opened the window to air it and that helped I assume because they allow pets
