Overall our stay was enjoyable

Liked: We liked our room and the pool area was nice.
Disliked: I didn't like that their wasn't enough towels available for our room.

Bad

Liked: The room is a good size with small kitchen
Disliked: Roaches and mice. No towels, and hygiene products empty

Unplanned disappointment

Liked: Wasn’t able to do the stay as they had over booked the hotel even when we booked two weeks in advance
Disliked: Hotel was over booked and wasn’t able to accommodate us even tho we booked two weeks prior

Comfortable

Liked: The room was clean and spacious!
Disliked: Went through 5 rooms before we got put in the correct one and also kept having lock problems.

Icky

Disliked: Staff took long to check us in. Room keys werent programmed correctly. I had to go back downstairs to fix them and it made us late to our event. Hallways were hot and musky. Very musky. Reaked of bleach everywhere. Parking was tight.

Disliked: They need to steam clean the room carpet.
