We would definitely stay here...

Liked: The room was extremely clean, comfy beds, hot shower, cold a/c, and grounds were nicely kept. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again

Liked: We weren't there very long but it was clean, beds were comfy close to kings island which is why we were staying here. The staff we did see were very nice. They let us check in early before we headed to the park for the day. It's cool they have washers and dryers there for the guest to use!
Disliked: There wasn't much to not like. I didn't like there was 1 ice machine and that was on the 3rd floor.

Convenient; nice staff but very...

Liked: Nice kitchen, comfy bed, quiet, nice location to restaurants, etc and to our ultimate destination
Disliked: VERY small bathroom; hard to stand in it and close the door
