It was decent just not...

Liked: There was no breakfast provided. Our rooms were not together. We struggled a little getting in though everything was paid for. The prices were high for a decent hotel.
Disliked: It could have been better. Our rooms could’ve been a little more closer.

Disliked: Reservation made months in advance. Room requested not available. Downgraded reservation charges for higher category still pending . The actual room was smaller from the downgraded reservation. Ughhh

Liked: Comfortable bed.. The front desk staff was AWESOME!!
Disliked: Tub was disgusting.. ice maker didn’t work.. kitchen wasn’t stocked with enough pots to cook..the lobby was Super Small and NO BREAKFAST!! Housekeeping was slow to provide clean towels.. They acted like I was inconveniencing them when I requested clean towels.I’m an IHG rewards member and this was the 1st worst property I’ve stayed at..

Liked: The close proximity and room size.
Disliked: The roaches, currently remodeling and the most important thing they ran out of towels during the second day of our stay so we couldn’t shower.

I want my money back

Disliked: This wasn’t the room we reserved on booking.com. Upon arrival we were told by staff that they didn’t know how we booked a room because they were full but they did have one room left. The room Left only had 1 queen bed not 2 so my step son had to sleep on a chair the last night. In addition to this we found cockroaches multiple times and were eaten alive in the bed by some type of bug. Awful experience, we are still itching all over our bodies.
