Liked: Nothing didn’t even get to stay as we booked for a party of 4 and they gave us one bed!
Disliked: No courtesy to fix the error. Wanted to charge us extra for a room already booked for 2 beds for 4 people. My husband lost his wallet during check-in and we returned to the front desk unhappy about our room. At no point the wallet was given to us until my mother was standing behind the next guests checking in and they almost gave them the wallet without confirming it was him. I ended up being told they overbooked thru booking and I must pay for the room even though we didn’t stay due to them overbooking yet people that did not book directly with Candlewood and used other 3rd party websites had their rooms with 2 beds in them for 4 people. I forgot to add we arrived at 10am with a noon check-in if possible. Not once we received a call about our room or them having to give our room away to another guest. Worst part of it was a room for disabled guest was reserved and this is how they treat people saying they cannot accommodate us in anyway and still charging $510 for one night!

Disliked: Person at desk was unable to properly program room key. After four attempts the person had to accompany us to the room. Programmed key still didn’t work so he had to use his master key to get us in

Upper floors clean and nice,...
Liked: Our room on the third floor was clean, quiet, and comfy as expected. Everything worked as expected.
Disliked: Tremendous all-encompassing marijuana smell all over the first floor, including the lobby area. Clearly guests were lighting up in their rooms despite this being a 'non-smoking' hotel. Management needs to address this and end this or they will lose patrons. We could not stay and eat our complementary breakfast due to the horrendous pot smell. This simply should not be for a well-rated place like this.
