Overnight stay

Liked: Bad wet and mildew smell in the room like there was a previous water leak, fridge has a foul smell of rotted food when it is opened for use, Heat/AC would not turn on all night, room was clean but I will not book this location again!!

We had a lovely stay

Liked: The Two Bedroom suite we got served a purpose in making our family feel next to home.
Disliked: There was no shuttle to and from downtown or airport.

Disliked: The hallways and room were in poor condition; strong smoke and pet odors throughout the building. Unsafe for children and pets

Not safe for children and...

Disliked: Staff had a rude/hostile tone when we asked for basics such as extra tissues. Bathroom had strong pet urine odor. Carpet and furniture were stained, kitchen smelled of old food. Unsafe windows that open fully in fourth floor room.
