Was quiet, the 24/7 coffee...

Liked: No breakfast provided. We had a kitchenette & made our own meals.
Disliked: There could have been a few more eating utensils & perhaps a small bottle of dish soap since using the dishwasher was not economical for 2 people. Also a scrubby pad since trying to clean the flying pan was challenging.I did forget to mention at our check out that the microwave was a bit burned on the inside and not all the button worked except for the reheat.

The space was great but...

Liked: The 2 bedrooms and the space for our family.
Disliked: There were not enough towels for all of us. There was no bedding for the pull out couch and no extra pillows. The tv and lamp wasn’t hooked up in the living room. It took them over 30 min to come and help when we called. The shower drained very slowly so you were standing in a few inches of water while you showered. There were no working ice machines. The only elevator was on the opposite side of the building.

Liked: It was a great space for a family and bringing in meals to eat in the room. Loved that it offered a laundry room with multiple washers and dryers. It was great to get caught up with laundry on the road trip.
Disliked: The AC and it was probably a combo of 4th floor room and extreme heat wave. The day was over 100 out, the room 78 when we checked in and slowly climbed to 81. The next day was cooler and the AC had kicked in while we were out and about.

Liked: The room was great. Very comfortable. Although I did not use the kitchen, it was good.
Disliked: Location was a little difficult to find. Not enough parking

Liked: The rooms were spacious and had the amenities we were looking for. The staff was super nice and helpful and was able to help us out.
Disliked: We didn’t get the exact room we had booked but it worked out for us!
