Liked: Location
Disliked: Counter staff was very rude and most of the time they were not available and only a notification displayed.The lady who was at the reception particularly not a customer friendly person and not suitable for customer service AT ALL.I’m a regular traveler and hardly seen this type of attitude I stayed 5 days but no facilities to provide linen and other stuff We have to take used towels to them and get new ones. This was really a headache Didn’t change bed linen during my stay .Overall poor service

Disliked: Had to wait over an hour to check in after a 6 hour drive. Host was on phone and eating and was not pleasant at all. System was down. I Called tech support and they couldn’t help either. I travel very often and have never had any issue like this with any hotel I have ever stayed at!! No offer for water or coffee etc. not even a sorry for the inconvenience. This was horrible.

Liked: I liked Tammy the lady at the front desk very nice and helped with accommodating our needs. Very comfortable bed also.
Disliked: 1st time checking in to our door it didn't work. So we went back downstairs to get a different key and it still didn't work. Once we got into our room by me having to play around with the key it opened. Once in the room about to settle In, my son saw ant's in the bedroom so we got switched to a different room. Second room was better but not clean. Dried up make up on pillow Case and sheet, might be clean but it's still a stain that was very noticeable. Need a new kitchen Pan, the room I was in, it was old & burnt out.
