Liked: It was all very nice and clean as described

Pleasant.

Liked: Great location for our event. Staff friendly. Clean room.
Disliked: It took forever to check in. Not sure if man behind the counter was new? Shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to check 1 room in.

Disliked: I asked for tub and I didn't get a tub. I work manual labor and I need to soak for therapeutic purposes.

Disliked: Counter staff was very rude and most of the time they were not available and only a notification displayed.The lady who was at the reception particularly not a customer friendly person and not suitable for customer service AT ALL.I’m a regular traveler and hardly seen this type of attitude I stayed 5 days but no facilities to provide linen and other stuff We have to take used towels to them and get new ones. This was really a headache Didn’t change bed linen during my stay .Overall poor service

Disliked: Had to wait over an hour to check in after a 6 hour drive. Host was on phone and eating and was not pleasant at all. System was down. I Called tech support and they couldn’t help either. I travel very often and have never had any issue like this with any hotel I have ever stayed at!! No offer for water or coffee etc. not even a sorry for the inconvenience. This was horrible.
