Liked: Friendly staff. Excellent room. Comfortable.
Disliked: There were ants on cupboards, in bathroom and on bedding in morning. When reported at checkout, staff thanked me for reporting but acted like it was no big deal. Otherwise everything else was great

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and stores. The room had a recliner which was very comfortable to sit in and relax. The room was very spacious and had a large kitchen. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No breakfast due to COVID-19 restrictions. Just apples and coffee.

Liked: It was clean, roomy. It was close to ISU to visit our son. The laundry room was awesome, since I had to do my son's laundry on our visit.
