Liked: There wasn't a whole lot that I did like to be honest with you the place was in complete disarray
Disliked: It was very dirty. A chair in our room had been all chewed up or something it was in bad bad shape the beds are not very good I've never stayed in a hotel that was so dirty.

Disappointing stay

Liked: Location is good .. beds were nice
Disliked: We had no toilet paper in room went to ask staff and they took a hour to bring some up said she was locked out of storage room and brought us one unwrapped roll. The pool was closed and no one said anything about it at check in… one reason for staying at this hotel was the pool. The Wi-Fi password did not work.. the ice machine in the refrigerator worked very slow and no other ice in the hotel.

Disliked: Pool was out of service and it smelled like mold when you walk in the lobby.

Charged me 75 extra dollars...

Liked: It had a refrigerator in the room.
Disliked: They charged me 75$ for my service animals. Does not serve breakfast. Not worth 208$ for one night.

Liked: They were very friendly and went above and beyond for us as we had a bad experience with the first hotel we tried to book that night
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Liked: Nothing, ended up going to a different hotel
Disliked: Overflowing smelly dumpster near front entrance. Once inside, hotel had a moldy odor. Because I have severe asthma, I felt it would be harmful to my health to stay there
