Liked: Did not eat breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom sink faucet was falling off. Bed pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Ditch the feather pillows and spring for some foam ones.

Bad management. Rude staff.

Liked: The area had the appearance of quiet, though this was not true in fact, due to poor noise insulation.
Disliked: The woman at the front desk made a point of telling me, in a slightly veiled way, that I was only staying a single night, and would thus be placed in an inferior room. She, was a slightly portly woman, who identified herself as being from Michigan. Every room that I was shown was infested with mold to some degree or another, and none were the room type that I booked.

Liked: Convienient location, mostly friendly staff
Disliked: Some of the staff were incredibly rude when we went to the front desk to ask for extra towels. They were talking with (I’m assuming) another employee, rolled their eyes when we asked, didn’t acknowledge us aside from asking how many extra towels we wanted, and then placed them on the desk and turned away from us immediately

Liked: all good except my room smelled like someone smoked weed. it was really a strong odor . I told front desk and they were aware also strong odor in elevator ,
