The first time I ever stayed there but if I'm ever in the area again, it will be my number one choice. I've never stayed at a cleaner hotel.

Disappointed to not get the...

Liked: We liked that the room was spacious, allowing plenty of room for the kids to play, and that the hotel had a swimming-pool. The staff we interacted with were also very friendly.
Disliked: We purposely booked a one-bedroom suite. Reason being that we have two small kids that we had intended to put to bed and then for the parents to relax separately in the lounge after their bedtime. Upon arrival, we were told they could only offer us a room with two queen beds due to a “maintenance issue” with the one-bedroom suite. This was very disappointing for us and we feel the hotel should have contacted us about this prior to arrival and most certainly have been more apologetic about it and offered us a discount for the inconvenience.
