Disappointing

Liked: The location of the hotel.
Disliked: The toilet seat had urine on it, which was not cleaned before me staying in the room. The floor was dirty, and the tub had the previous guest hair in the tub. The bottom of the fridge drawers were dirty. This room was not cleaned before me staying in there. This is very disappointing.

Nice experience except Elevator and...

Liked: Nice room,kitchen equipped well,quite and nice staff
Disliked: Coffee in lobby not working.Elevator when I was checking out did not work and had to use stairs carrying my stuff 3 times.
