Needs work

Liked: Very nice size.
Disliked: TV was not working in the living room and had to take lightbulbs out of the lamp in the living room to put in lamp in bedroom. Light bulb under microwave wasn’t working either. Plus shower curtain rod had rust on it. Towels were Not adequate for what we were charged for the room.

Disappointed but we made it...

Liked: Staff was very nice and apologetic
Disliked: They did not have the room we booked through booking. Com. We had to settle for a smaller room.

Foreign Slum Hotel

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Owned by foreigners and hotel is not kept up. Stayed there for 6 weeks due to work and the staff turnover was unbelievable. There was not enough staff to even do weekly room clean for long stay guest. The only access to the hotel was using the main door because the other 2 electronic key readers for the exterior doors were broken. Repairs throughout the hotel look like they were completed by a kindergarten field trip class. If it rained the hallways were soaken wet from roof leaks. Ect...ect... This hotel does not have the right to represent IHG hotels.

Stay was good might would...

Liked: Location was great for what I was there for. People were nice and friendly. Room was clean.
Disliked: “Gym” had multiple pieces of broken and unusable equipment. The hallway around my room constantly smelled of marijuana.

Had no choice once room...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Black mold growing in the kitchen area. Worst hotel ever

Liked: It was a good value
Disliked: The ice maker was broken so was the coffee maker and toaster didn't have adequate housekeeping
