Liked: Room was nice and it was clean
Disliked: I was coming with multiple guest in multiple rooms from my wedding near by. I spoke to the property twice before us all booking and was told our group would receive a discounted rate. When we arrived we were told there was no discount and speaking with the manager he was clueless and nothing could be done. We were unable to get corporate help because it was a weekend. The hotel also mistakenly canceled one of my guests booking leaving them stranded because the hotel was completely booked. This was a unorganized mess because the staff don't know what's going on.

Clean, like new hotel in...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Extremely clean rooms. Full kitchen with pots and pans. Everything was like new.
Disliked: Easily heard noise outside room and loud walking in room above us.

It was a decent stay...

Liked: Easy to get to and close to everything to do in Annapolis.
Disliked: The bed was absolutely HORRIBLE ! For a recently renovated hotel you would think there would be at the least newer beds.

Liked: Very clean...it is huge and the price is not that expensive compared to other hotel. I loved our stay in this hotel.Will definitely come back.
Disliked: It does not have free breakfast but the shop downstairs is open for snacks 24/7

Easy stay with the amenities...

Liked: Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Both at check in and during our stay, the staff were courteous, warm and helpful. Gym facilities were great for what I needed.
Disliked: In the booking description it mentioned a grab and go breakfast of breakfast bar etc., but that did not exist. There were only items for purchase.
