Liked: Liked how clean the shower and room were maintained. Relatively quiet environmental unit.
Disliked: Noisey hard floor and surfaces amplifified room noises above and around the room. No breakfast offering, if I was new to the area I'd like to have something at the hotel before touring the area, especially first thing in the morning. Having dishes and cooking utensiles probably see little use, no one I know would make coffee in a room from packets.

Liked: Regina, the lady at front desk, was so welcoming upon arrival. She is very kind and was very helpful on the phone the night before I arrived , with my requests .Upon check out, Victoria the manager, was very nice. I could tell she really cares about her staff and the quality of service of the hotel.Very impressed . Thank you for the excellent service.

Disliked: I had to request a new room because the bed sheets were not clean. When they moved me to the new room the sheets still weren’t clean but my kids needed to go to sleep so I didn’t call again. The shower had dirty residue and someone else’s hair.

When booking our next trips...

Liked: The room was large, with a kitchen area, a comfortable bed, very clean and in a nice and convenient area of Annapolis. We were impressed with the overall aesthetics of the room in comparison to the value.
