Would consider staying there again...
Liked: The room was pretty nice overall. It was conveniently located near rest and shops but nicely tucked away. The kitchen and bathroom were nice.
Disliked: The guests were loud, screaming in the hallway and playing loud music around 11pm at night. The loudness last for about 30 minutes. The maid service kept interrupting us even though the do not disturb sign was posted on the door. The TV had no wifi so we couldn't watch movies on Netflix or YouTube. The repair man for the TV kept trying to enter our room while we were trying to pack up to leave. Upon arrival, the rep at the front desk made us wait almost 10 minutes to check in because she couldn't find my reservation and blamed it on the length of my last name: 6 letters. She also told us the food/snack bars were offered for breakfast but it was on fresh fruit and no real food. The floors in the room were dirty because I dropped water on the floor and when I wiped up the spill, the white napkin had brown dirt stains.

DISAPPOINTED FRUSTRATED
Liked: The staff was rude. I called and spoke with daytime staff who seemed helpful. Our plane was delayed, and the staff assured me our room would be available. However, when we arrived, they refused to give us our room. We were exhausted from an extra-long day of frustrating delayed travel and had no place to stay, so we had to keep driving after being up for over 24 hours. The evening staff was rude and not helpful at all. Even with our confirmation number, we were refused a room because we arrived late (which I informed them we would). I called three different times to update them about the delay due to flight issues, and I was assured our room would be available and that we could have a late check-out. When we arrived at the hotel, they refused us a room and refused to reimburse us for the room. NEVER WILL I STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

Disliked: I wasn’t able to obtain my stay as the staff wasn’t able to find my other room - so my family didn’t have adequate accommodation- we left after an hour dealing with the manager (Robert Snead) thru the phone of your staff (Dawn Balden) they weren’t able to refund my credit card and on top of that they charged my card again. I called and left a message for the general manager (Victoria Steven’s) and sent her an email. To date I have not heard back from her. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!
