Liked: Nice kitchens, comfortable beds. Free laundry machines (but expensive detergent!).
Disliked: No warning that the pool would be closed during our stay. Not actually close enough to Disney to walk comfortably. They claimed they didn't know about the included parking but eventually let us park free.

Liked: We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. It was pretty quiet allowing us to relax.
Disliked: Sofa bed was too wiry and the AC wasn't distributed evenly between the two rooms.

8 out of 10, will...

Liked: Loved the items provided for usage in the kitchen, table for dining and channel list on tv to go through for movies and such. It was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The bathtub was very very slippery and it was precarious getting in and out of the tub with a big step. Arm chair was fraying at the arms so we didn't want to make it worse by touching it.

Convenient, (generally) well maintained property...

Liked: The room appeared clean and the staff was friendly & was able to accommodate requests. The free parking promotion was also greatly appreciated!
Disliked: The rooms have guest doors that slam (i.e., they don’t gently close), so it was impossible to take a nap in the afternoon or sleep-in with doors constantly slamming. The shower tub was draining slowly and causing a pool of water several inches deep to form; it seemed odd to me that the housekeeping staff would not have noticed this and reported to the maintenance team, instead of a guest having to experiencing it and report it themselves (the front desk person did appreciate me letting them know and seemed to take it seriously).
