Disliked: I stayed at the Candlewood & Suites Alexandria from May 22-25. I received an additonal charge of 150.00 for stained blankets and towels. There were no stains on the towels and blankets that could not be washed out. I have been an IHG member for 20 years and have never had this experience. I asked for before and after photos of the stained linen they are stating, but to charge this fee without having any pre notice, not mentioning it when the client checked out, nothing just charging a card without providing tangible proof is absurd. I am filing a formal complaint with corporation,e along with a dispute with my credit card company. I will also take this review live.

Disliked: Very bad experience. Cleanliness was. Big issue. Rooms are not cleaned and not serviced daily. They are not cleaned and serviced even before new guests check in.

Disliked: The bed was too soft for me. Also I had a stiff back when waking up in the morning.
