Liked: Close to the base that my son was at.
Disliked: Booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with 1 queen bed. We were told that they made a mistake but no more rooms would be available. We had to sleep 2 adults and a nine year old in one bed. We didn’t sleep very well.

Disliked: Messed up reservation. Made reservation for a room with 2 beds for 2 adults and 1 child. Their manager said that reservation was for 2 adults only.Had trouble checking in. Prepaid it’s American Express. Staff could not find the payment or card.

Liked: The staff were the Jewels of this facility! All were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and pleasant.
Disliked: The elevator was broken the whole time(4 days). Was reported to the Manager(possible owner). Not so bad except when you had to drag luggage up and down the stairs. It seemed that it was a normal occurrence.The beds are extremely high(platform, box spring and mattress! Even for my husband who is 6'2. I had to jump and climb to get into the bed.
