Poor

Disliked: Someone had a keycard to my room one night they tried at midnight, next night is was at 1030 and 130 am. There card allowed them to turn the handle and open the door. The safely latch is the only thing that stopped them. First time it happen I called the front desk. After the lack of concern from staff, I didn't bother after. Will not stay there again the last night I could not sleep not knowing so I left before daylight.

Probably will not stay there...

Liked: It was ok.
Disliked: Booking.com run my credit card before I arrived, and I asked the desk clerk to switch the card, but he only put the incidentals on the preferred card. I didn't see a breakfast!

Bad

Disliked: It was dirty, overpriced, and uncomfortable. It also smelled bad inside. Very outdated and some amenities were broken or not working.

Liked: Staff was courageous.
Disliked: The floors were sticky! The bath tub was very slick! My Husband fell in the tub, thank God he wasn’t hurt!

Liked: Unwelcoming , they didn’t have towels , toilet was broken , my room was never cleaned and when asked the maid handed me a broom. She look like she was spaced out. After raising chaos behind no towels after driving 6 hours , I was given dirty towels. It was a horrible experience. The manager finally appeared she talked to be about what should’ve took place and resume to get some paper to back her well she couldn’t find it. I’d rather sleep in my car but I had my kids that’s how uncomfortable I was.
