Bad

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The staff took my $150 security deposit as someone before me left ash on the window. Very unhappy.

Overall, a nice hotel with...

Liked: The room we had was spacious with a sitting area. Very nice bathroom too.
Disliked: We had a dinner in the 6th floor restaurant and the food was a bit disappointing, so we never ate there again. Also, we didn't seem to be able to open a window to allow some fresh air into the room.

My new go to place...

Liked: It was easy to find, everyone was lovely, helpful as travelled with mum with mobility issues. Nothing too much. Felt spoilt, the rooms are high quality, will be back!
Disliked: Nothing
