Liked: Great location

Suite with Sauna is Perfect...

Liked: The Suite with Sauna was spacious, had the comfiest and firmest bed, two TVs and the sauna was working perfectly. We waited for a while (maybe 30-40 minutes to be completely hot) and it was an amazing experience. It's perfect for a couple who wants a sauna all to themselves. Gym and swimming pool were good facilities (nice that there weren't many people there). Car park spaces were ample.
Disliked: It would be more convenient if the gym and swimming pool were connected to the hotel facilities - we had to walk outside, then through the accessibility car park and through the main entrance.

Liked: Easy check in, room was comfortable and quiet
Disliked: Dining was limited due to booked events and the restaurant that was serving food had no staff and no one came after 30 minutes to order food so went back to room to order room service. Food wasn’t good at all. Overpriced and extremely overrated

Disliked: The property was disgusting, very dirty I had to complain, they did clean the filthy stains off the lounge. The mould and disgusting toilet. And I assume they cleaned the spa bath that I could not even use that I paid for. There was no such apology other than oh I’m sorry. There was no offer for any type of refund. Or discount, considering I paid for a spa suite. When I couldn’t even use the spa, as when I turned it on filthy black stuff came out into the water from the spa jets. Even the elevators were disgusting. The floor was sticky. There was stuff spilt all over them. Very unclean. The carpets need to be replaced years ago. Even dirty on the foot. It was a very uncomfortable stay, and one I will not be returning to. Very unprofessional. Even the staff in the restaurant was so unprofessional. He was sitting there talking to a friend in the entire time that we were in there. I waited 20 minutes for him to come and take my order which he did not, so I just walked out.
