Very good

Liked: Facilities were very nice and up to date. the rooms were also very spacious, with good curtains etc on each bed. The fridge and pantry bins are a very good addition.Did feel 100% comfortable with a character in my initial room and they were super accommodating and easy to change.
Disliked: My room initially wasn't ready, which is totally okay, was able to leave my bags. Came back and there was a very long line to check in (I had already checked in online, downloaded the app etc to "save time"). Some of the staff weren't the friendliest.

Liked: The location couldn't be better, easy to access the whole city, close to cafes, bars, restaurants. The room was fantastic, super clean, comfy, with everything that you could need, and the staff members are super friendly, specially Aidan who helped a lot and give us pretty good tips about the city. I will come back for sure!!!!!

Liked: Everything went well. We got lucky with parking out the back. Close to all shopping. In the CBD great location.

Disappointing

Liked: Location is great. That's it !!
Disliked: There is nothing worse than starting or ending your day with a terrible shower. It goes from boiling hot to freezing cold.... very annoying. Also everything about the bathrooms is bad, uncomfortable, dirty. Only 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 mirrors for sooooo many people!!

Liked: Everything was perfect. Superb location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Really comfy beds. Everywhere so clean. 100 pc recommend

Bad

Disliked: Hot water take so long for shower and the beds are so noisy when some else is moving. No worth the money but is the only option available in town for hostel. Might be so much cheaper
