Very disappointed won’t be staying...

Liked: The only thing I liked is it was close to the north pier which is where we were going to watch Roy chubby brown
Disliked: Everything the toilet system was broke an couldn’t flush we got told would be fixed but wasn’t.the telly which was as small as a phone didn’t work on arrival we paid extra £10 for parking the heating was on although it was didn’t need to be making it unbearable to sleep just all round uncomfortable an dissatisfied stay

The ONLY good things about...

Liked: The location is really good and the Seaview is great, the staff bent over backwards to help and do what they could to help us during our stay. The best asset this hotel has to offer is the staff. My review is reflection of the hotel and its owners, and not the staff, the young lad could not have done more than he did.
Disliked: The whole place needs a spring clean. Bedrooms need an update to 21st century, the room advertised said large double, flat screen TV etc The double was not large and was like sleeping on a waterbed the springs had gone so bad. The TV was no bigger than Chromebook screen. The shower in the first room wasn't hooked up properly. The bathrooms need updating, the system is too old. The description stated there was a bar open during summer months and weekends, the bar was not open, there was no real place set up to be able to sit and enjoy the beautiful view this hotel has to offer, the pictures on the website do not reflect the current state of this hotel. It was near 30° during our stay, there were no fans available. It is not value for money, I've stayed in a couple budget hotels and BnBs around the same cost or less for 3 or more nights in Blackpool so I had an idea of what I was expecting but this hotel was lower than expectation. Again review is reflection of the hotel not staff.

Disliked: Nobody there when we arrived, had to wait 40 minutes for a member of staff to come. No bar, no toilet rolls, no hot water, hairdryer blew up and only two small stained towels to use . Furniture falling apart. Manager wouldn't answer phone just message saying he was in a meeting. Another hotel let us have some toilet rolls and let us borrow some towels.This hotel should not even be open it needs shutting down. We will be reporting the hotel to trading standards hotel. You shouldn't be advertising this hotel on your site
