A suite sold as ‘canal...
Liked: The only good thing is its location.
Disliked: I wasn’t informed that the hairdryer and even soap were extra — 5 euros just to dry your hair. I paid a high price for a suite, but there was scaffolding blocking the entrance and the canal view. Had I known, I’d have chosen a different room or hotel. They also gave my second night’s standard room to someone else and said I had to stay in the suite both nights for 10 euros more — no real choice left. Female staff were kind, but there were many bugs in the room. Overall, not satisfied.

Very good
Liked: We did a courtyard room for the first 2 nights, basic, small space but acceptable, then added a night in a canal view room and was sensational. No fridge still basic but was great to be at water level. breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: No fridge , scaffolding view in court yard

Wouldn’t recommend to stay there
Liked: Location
Disliked: No air condition, no fan. To open a window means to welcome all flies and mosquitoes. Got bitten everywhere. No service at all. Funny shower made from the closet.

Good
Liked: Location is good, self check-in and out are easy
Disliked: There was nothing provided in the room, such as a kettle or shampoo. The room was not clean enough, and there were some mosquitoes. The breakfast was also lacking — there were no tomatoes, cucumbers, or olives.
