Very unpleasant experience

Liked: Good location, coffee available, warm Breakfast To Go
Disliked: We were assigned a spacious room on the main floor when we arrived to our confirmed booking. When we opened the door to our room we were confronted with a strong sewer smell. We requested a different room at the front desk but were told the that there were no other rooms available at the hotel. Our host brought febreeze air freshner plugins but out night was not pleasant. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom towels were stained and the strong smell permeated everything. The couch was stained as well as the carpet. We were only charged half of the price quoted on our booking and were given a warm Breakfast To Go. The front desk staff were apologetic. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Disliked: Tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom, filthy carpets with holes in them, wallpaper peeling, patches in the paint, old bed, and breakfast is a prepack english microwave muffin.
