Disliked: Dog barking continuously at 8 in the morning. Not hotels fault but that was brutal. Sucked the hot tub wasn’t open as water was cold

Liked: Excellent breakfast, we booked with Trip Advisor & the rate was very high! Other hotels in the area were $40-$50 cheaper a night? The beds were very hard/ lumper like they were missing the duvets? Just a hard mattress with a sheet over it??? The deadbolt on the door was not working, 5am we hear other doors banging because there deadbolt’s didn’t work properly, the cleaning staff stated this has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile. Kanalta is in real need some major repairs!!This being said, probably not stay there again. We did not receive no discount through Trip Advisor for our Kanalta stay? It was regular room prices???Maybe booking not with the hotel directly they do not give you a quality room?

Liked: There was a great breakfast in the morning . Also we had a problem with the tv and the man at the front desk came right up and fixed it . ( turned out it was our fault !!)
