Exceptional

Liked: They were very friendly and I went there with my wife for our anniversary and ask them to set up the room with rose peddles and they went above and beyond with the request and also gave us a bottle of champagne!

Would definitely stay here anytime...

Liked: This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in a very long time, super clean, very comfy beds, great stay all around and a decent price.
Disliked: I would say maybe a few more tables where they serve the food as it was packed pretty much the whole time they served breakfast so we ended up going somewhere else to eat.

Disappointing

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel many times for dance competitions. I
Disliked: Upon arriving a staff member told me my room had been cancelled. I am a believer in it’s all how things are handled. As these things happen. You could tell the staff memeber was stressed which I get. However I to had just driven 6Hours and was told there was no room for me. After a few moments of her working on the computer I simply asked “does this mean I don’t have a room?” She put herHand up in my face as if to say stop, and said you need to calm down. I’m doing everything I can to help you. Very snappy. I didn’t deserve it, it was 10 pm. I was the one being put out. I ended up in a room that had bugs in the tissue box when we pulled out a tissue, our bed wasn’t made when we walked in. It just wasn’t clean. The fridge was broken and stunk so badly. Was thankful I was able to check out in the morning and we ended up staying in Edmonton and just commuting for the competition. Wasn’t convenient at all, however I’m not going to spend the amount of money required to rent a hotel room and be treated poorly, and then put in a dumpster for a night. I booked a room just like everyone else. Technology sucks sometimes and shit happens, but as stated above it all about how things are handled. I get her stress but I wasn’t being difficult, her responses were not necessary and her ability to handle a stressful situation was low.
