Excellent stay for a Dinosaur...

Liked: The pool and waterslide were the main attraction for the kids, but the 5 am breakfast was a game changer for traveling with a toddler. He’s an early riser and not being locked in our rooms early in the morning and able to get started on breakfast before the morning rush made a huge difference.
Disliked: Nothing, everything met or exceeded expectations.

Disliked: The reception staff was disappointing. When I walked up to check in and greeted them, they didn’t even acknowledge me. Every time I approached the desk for something, they showed no warmth—no greeting, no courtesy, and not even a simple “you’re welcome” when I thanked them. It felt like I was asking for a favor rather than just receiving standard service. The manager, however, was completely different she was professional, attentive, and everything good hospitality should be.
