Liked: The hotel is a beautiful, old building. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: While there was a great deal to like about this hotel, it suffered from a major shortcoming: no air-conditioning. Our room was uninhabitable when we arrived. Two fans were subsequently delivered. These fans made it possible to sleep. This is not at all what I expected from a facility that describes itself as a "small, luxury hotel".

Disliked: Our room was very hot, air-conditioning inadequate. Windows didn't open wide enough to let air in for circulation. Check in very late 4.00pm!!

Liked: Location was fabulous, unique hotel and beautiful. Great service!
Disliked: Can get a little warm in the afternoon but staff did everything they could to alleviate the issue. They brought a fan right away.
