Canadas Best Value Inn - Toronto

If I could I would give it a negative 1 star I would. However, that's not possible. This company and their customer service is a disgrace to the service industry. The day that I wanted to check into the hotel was the day of my prom - So I asked my parents (Both have the same last name as me) to check in for me. This woman at the front desk gave them the worst time, and was not helpful whatsoever. She sent us to at least 3 different customer service numbers, none of which were helpful. She had no eagerness to help me or my parents, which ended up forcing them to pay for another hotel (No refund from this hotel was offered). In conclusion, stay anywhere else but here.

Hotel was clean. Not super fancy but everything we needed. Tim Hortons across from the hotel parking lot. Loved the full kitchenette.

Liked: Full kitchenette was great; size of room with two queen beds was super.

Liked: Clean; well situated.
Disliked: None.

Liked: 24 hours front desk. And snacks available at the front desk
Disliked: They charged me extra $12 two days after my stay. I dont take anything from the room except pen & paper. It is ridiculous

Economical hotel with great amenities...

Liked: Very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Excellent value for the money. Appreciated coffee, tea, juice and cookies.

Liked: Everything. Very high quality room. Free car parking. Convenient for airport
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Room was a good size, bed/linens very comfortable, towels were soft, room was cleanly, good location close to airport and 25 minutes to Canada's Wonderland, no breakfast offered but still had coffee/juice and granola bars/bananas
Disliked: Glad I stayed on second floor, not first, as second floor is not open to the outside and you need key entry. First floor opened up to the parking lots and would have felt less secure
