If I could I would give it a negative 1 star I would. However, that's not possible. This company and their customer service is a disgrace to the service industry. The day that I wanted to check into the hotel was the day of my prom - So I asked my parents (Both have the same last name as me) to check in for me. This woman at the front desk gave them the worst time, and was not helpful whatsoever. She sent us to at least 3 different customer service numbers, none of which were helpful. She had no eagerness to help me or my parents, which ended up forcing them to pay for another hotel (No refund from this hotel was offered). In conclusion, stay anywhere else but here.

Hotel was clean. Not super fancy but everything we needed. Tim Hortons across from the hotel parking lot. Loved the full kitchenette.
Liked: Full kitchenette was great; size of room with two queen beds was super.

Better than expected.
Liked: Well maintained for the most part. Friendly staff.. Better than many higher priced hotels.
Disliked: Next to the highway. A bit claustrophobic with the small window that does not open .The available 110v outlets in room 205 are worn out and do not work. Douvet was too warm for summer.

Liked: Only nice thing I can say that was good, was the location and it was somewhat clean, uminus a few pubs hair on the bathroom floors and bath
Disliked: ***Book at your own risk***Stayed there last april for the Metallica shows.1. 48 hrs before my check in, they tried to take the total amount of the room when i had chosen to pay at property. I had reserved the room prior with my visa/debit and even tho i had the money, i received an email saying my card was declined and if i didnt chose another method of payment to pay now, i would lose the room reservation. So of course, panicking, i paid right away the full amount.2. At check in, of course, they took a 200$ security deposit butttt I never got it back even tho the room was in A-1 shape when we checked out. And on top of that…. when I checked my credit card transactions, the 200$ security deposit, never showed up on my statement even tho it was taken cos the balance had went down 200$. I don’t know how that is even possible but it’s real and since it don’t show anywhere on my cc statement, I can’t argue it. It’s very fishy, if you ask me.3. The room had no ***no disturb sign for the room door***. I had to ask for one and the clerk had trouble finding one.4. The TV was so dark, you could barely see what was playing.5. Poor customer service from reception. Only cleaning lady was nice.
