Canadas Best Value Inn - Toronto

If I could I would give it a negative 1 star I would. However, that's not possible. This company and their customer service is a disgrace to the service industry. The day that I wanted to check into the hotel was the day of my prom - So I asked my parents (Both have the same last name as me) to check in for me. This woman at the front desk gave them the worst time, and was not helpful whatsoever. She sent us to at least 3 different customer service numbers, none of which were helpful. She had no eagerness to help me or my parents, which ended up forcing them to pay for another hotel (No refund from this hotel was offered). In conclusion, stay anywhere else but here.

Hotel was clean. Not super fancy but everything we needed. Tim Hortons across from the hotel parking lot. Loved the full kitchenette.

Liked: Full kitchenette was great; size of room with two queen beds was super.

Liked: Clean; well situated.
Disliked: None.

Liked: It was a decent enough stay for the price. The room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos and even though there were a lot of no smoking signs, the hallway and room smelt strongly of cigarettes. The room was clean though and the receptionist was nice.
