Liked: The front desk staff was very polite and helpful during check in
Disliked: The room was slightly stuffy from the dampness of the rug

Wish I picked another hotel

Liked: Breakfast was mediocre. Very congested and lack of seating in restaurant.
Disliked: Upon arrival, after two full days of travel, I discovered that the pull-out sofa bed had been used, was unclean, and covered in hair. It must have been folded back up and forgotten about to be cleaned. With no housekeeping staff on duty, I was forced to collect sheets from the front desk and make the bed myself late at night. This is far below the standard of service any guest should expect from any hotel regardless of value. I paid $1400 for 4 nights!!!! Among other issues with the room, our floor was so uneven and some places felt like it was going to give away, stained bedsheets & stained mattress covers with holes, stained and dirty couch, pillows and rug on floor needed to be desperately replaced. The lack of cleanliness and failure to provide basic service is unacceptable. Even more concerning is the complete absence of follow-up from management despite my repeated attempts to contact through multiple visitsto the front desk, multiple phone calls and emails. I am requesting immediate acknowledgment of this issue and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, poor service, and lack of accountability!
