Liked: The location of the hotel beside the hospital is fabulous. The convenience and the availability was much appreciated. The hotel is very well laid out and very well marked finding reception was very easy. Our check-in was very quick. The person who checked us in was very friendly and polite. She explained everything that we needed to do and any questions we had were promptly answered. This was very much appreciated.

Liked: Proximity to the hospital.
Disliked: Expensive. No on site parking. Lots of loitering outside. Tent city across the street from the hotel.

Disliked: Wish Alto restaurant was open for inside eating longer. We like it better than then the others there but have difficulty being ready to eat so early. Room not as comfortable for eating in. Lightning in room is very dim hard to see.
