Passable

Liked: Didn’t do breakfast, the location is close to the Princess Auto stadium which we prefer
Disliked: Construction noise woke us up at 8:20am

Waited hours for a room...

Disliked: Waiting for our room took almost 2 hours despite coming after the scheduled check-in time.The hallways leading to our room were a disaster, extremely dirty and smelly. It looked like a bad dorm. The room was decent, but dark. The bathroom was somewhat gross, the shower and tub looked ancient. It was difficult to get the shower to work properly.

Very disappointing

Disliked: Planned water turn off all night, not informed of this when checking in, were not supplied with any bottled water. Hallways were filthy. Room was nice and clean. Tried to get a discount for having no water all night or a voucher for another night but were told the manager was unavailable

Very good

Liked: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly stay and good restaurant.
Disliked: Tv in main room had a cheap universal remote and couldn't change the source so Xbox couldn't be set up. Bathroom toilet was small and low and could use some maintenance but overall it is a good place too stay)
