Liked: I liked the location, the amenities, the staff, the theme rooms and how big the rooms are.
Disliked: It really needs an upgrade. We stayed in the titanic room. Bigger tv in rooms and the jetted tub did not look like something I would sit in.

Good location, spacious room, efficent...

Liked: Clean, simple, spacious room. The walk to the rooms from the lobby was confusing and a little further than we expected. Wish the elevator was more clearly marked. The staff were friendly, and my request for more shampoo delivered to the room was very fast. Didn't have time to try out the pool, but it looked really nice. Will be coming again. Breakfast, while not included, was affordable.

Liked: Staff was great, the Hotel manager Joe, and Tavern manager Kaylie were awesome. The dinner theatres food and show was amazing! The food at Tavern was really good, and the vlt lounge was nice to have in the hotel.
Disliked: Altos wasn’t great, the first night our food took 2 hours to get to us while sitting in the restaurant and arrived cold. The hotel pools chlorine was so strong in the room that it burned your eyes when walking in and the kids couldn’t stop coughing after being in there for 20 minutes and the hot tub was more of a warm bath. Management was informed of our issues and did their best to rectify it. In the end we were happy with our stay.
