Rooms were clean and beds...

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Would be nice to have some type of discount for hotel guest for breakfast. We ate elsewhere. House keeping was very quick to respond to needs when called,
Disliked: No impressed to see people swimming partially and fully clothed in the pool. We were planning to use the pool and hot tub and this turned us off the minute we arrived. We also tried to call the front desk several times the first day with questions and no one ever answered.

Disliked: We were injured in the hot tub and no incident report was completed they won’t forward it to me. They only say it’s our fault that there is a half inch circular cut by quarter inch cut on a child’s foot that required antibiotics and what would have needed stitches but due to the puncture was unable to and it’s not their fault. They won’t own up to anything.

Disliked: The rooms smelled bad. Like sweaty socks that had been left damp. The rooms were stuffy and stinky . The hallway smelt like sewage
