Liked: I come with my grandchildren once a year for my birthday. This year I had told them with the high prices of everything I don't think we will be able to make the trip . But then last minute I decided to surprise them .It was a wonderful trip.
Disliked: The people that were on staff not very friendly but otherwise it was very enjoyable. The check out staff made up for the check in . they were super nice . And anyone could have a bad day one in awhile

Great facilities, very uncomfortable beds

Liked: Have been a customer for many years, always has been consistently a great stay.
Disliked: We had booked through a third party and was only offer a king with a pull out for 4 adults. Emailed the hotel to request 2 queens and was confirmed it was available. Arrived to find out there was no other rooms available which max out stay very uncomfortable for 4 adults. Was offered water slide passes to compensate.

Liked: It was great other than the fact there were hidden fees for the water park. You're supposed to get a discount when you stay as a hotel guest, but they tack on extra fees within the hotel room rate even though I paid separately for the water park passes.

Liked: Check in was awesome, nice friendly. Bonus got breakfast coupons and swimming wrist bands got included!
Disliked: Breakfast service at altos was lacking! Check out, when asked the counter for information they didn’t know answers like the pool hours, and if we could get an hour later check out time. Long line then to check out which the extended time would have probably helped as wouldn’t have rushed just to stand in a long line!
