Nice hotel
Liked: Clean, comfortable room with big desk and fridge.Nice staff.
Disliked: Missing shampoo holder in the shower cabin.

Very nice stay
Liked: The room was nice, clean, even though small, we have Ac. The sheets and towels were changed after 2 daysI liked we had included brraskfast and also the other meals at a decent price, which was a plus.The hotel accomodates students as well.Liked that we could let the luggages at reception after check out as we had a late flight -a plus35 min away walk from centre or12min with bike
Disliked: Breakfast was the same every day

A stressful and disappointing stay...
Disliked: Our stay at this property was unfortunately marked by a very distressing experience. Due to a fire incident at the building, we were forced to leave unexpectedly and were left without accommodation for nearly 24 hours. We missed our train to Florence and had to find alternative lodging far from the city center, which led to significant unplanned expenses.What was especially disappointing was the lack of communication from the property after the incident. No one reached out to check on our well-being or offer any support, which added to the stress and made us feel completely abandoned during a difficult time.The incident left us exhausted, scared, and completely out of our vacation mode. Our clothes and belongings were affected by the smoke, and the overall experience was deeply unsettling.We are still waiting for a refund or appropriate compensation for the extra expenses we incurred (a total of €116: €88 for unused Florence tickets+ €28 for public transportation) , and we hope this will be addressed promptly.While we understand that emergencies can happen, better communication, support, and follow-up from the property would have made a significant difference in how this situation was handled.

Perfect place for a short...
Liked: Amazing view of the city, friendly staff, large and tidy room. Abundant breakfast.
Disliked: A bit far from the city centre, approximately 20 minutes of walking required.

Superb
Liked: We weren't quite sure what we'd find here but were pleasantly surprised. The building seems to be a hotel and student place of some kind, never did quite fathom it, but it proved an excellent choice. Very helpful staff, including leaving our luggage in reception until 8pm for collection on the day we left, a gym (no, we didn't, but it was there!), a really excellent breakfast. The hotel's location just 6 minutes' walk from Bologna San Vitale suburban railway station with its frequent trains may appeal to fellow rail travellers. A most enjoyable stay.
