Out of town location makes it great for a one night stay, but you wont want to stay any longer

Liked: The TV was cool because it was a smart TV and you could watch YouTube/Netflix/Amazon Prime etc. The host did tell us to remember to sign out though! The light switches were touch, giving a nice feel to the room. There was also a small fridge in the room, which as great as I had enough of using the tiny milk sachets and bought milk for my tea so that was a bonus. The bed was comfy. The location had parking which was a plus - it is a gravel car park. This location is not suitable for people travelling by train since it is a bit out of town.
Disliked: The bathroom was in a cupboard - a great space-saving solution...I guess. It was very cramped. The pump-fed electric shower wasn't great because it had low pressure AND was ridiculously noisy. My partner had a shower and I had to turn the TV up considerably louder. The attention to detail faltered when we realised we didn't have a spoon for stirring tea (But this was a small minor detail). Some of the furnishings looked like they were a little cheap, like the mirror in the room. Use the bathroom mirror for your make-up lads! There is a perfectly good place to hang a mirror on the wall, so we weren't sure why the plastic one was there, and it felt like an afterthought. Finally, signage could have been better in the run-up to the place. It's a major road and the sign isn't well thought out, with one way in and out of the gravel car park area. We missed it and had to turn ourselves around in the car. The sign is small and you have to look out for where the entrance is. If you are on a busy road, this makes it troublesome.
