Filthy room, dirty bed linen,...
Liked: Nothing. The worst motel I have ever stayed in.
Disliked: Filthy room, dirty bed linen, broken tap, no smoke detector, cigarette burns in doona, holes in the walls, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Avoid this place.

Not a pretty room, but...
Liked: The floors and bathroom were particularly clean. Some places clean floors leaving them sticky. This was not the case at the Campbelltown Colonial motor inn. The towels were thick, fluffy and white. The a/c was noisy, but effective.
Disliked: Shower tap needed a washer - the incessant dripping was really annoying. One of the milk ‘jiggers’ was thick and sour! The building was dated and a little run down (peeling paint, sagging mattresses, loose toilet roll holder, only 1 bedside light, etc) and walls completely bare (except for wall mounted TV).

Poor
Disliked: Room smelled like the home of someone who quit smoking 3yr ago. It seeped into my clothes and medical device. Had some of my clothes dry cleaned when I got home and threw out the rest. Shower barely functioned. On the whole, the room looked like someone started to fix it up and then either the budget or their determination ran out
