Very pleasant

Liked: It was simple but very clean and neat.
Disliked: The lady from next door who kept trying to peep through the curtains when she was taking her dog to the toilet and having a smoke.

Had stayed there previously years...

Liked: The old colonial style of the Reception house.
Disliked: The room had dirt on the floor, behind the door and under the curtains. The bathroom vanity did not have an opening door, it was nailed up. The bathroom door had a punch mark in it. The room smelt like cigarette smoke. The bed was so uncomfortable, saggy and squeaked. The motel building looked old and shabby. It looked like there were permanent residents living there, possibly Dept. Housing clientele with ripped curtains. The footpath around the units had grit and leaf matter laying around. The television did not work and we had to change rooms which was dirtier than the first room.

Disliked: We didn’t like that we were debited twice and so far no refund. This occurred when the original page dropped out and the second one came up and just took our money. We would appreciate a refund

Liked: The location was convenient for our stay
Disliked: No coat hangers in the wardrobe was annoying had to hang our clothes over chairs.
