What a gem of a hotel. Perfectly convenient to the Pruneyard, downtown Campbell, and a nice bike path; quiet, discreet, pleasant employees. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous as well. We'll definitely be back.

Liked: Room was not clean enough. Cobwebs in the corners near the floor. Saw piece of something other floor under the desk. Bathroom light would not turn off all night Ling. They put the microwave on top of fridge and rattles thru the night. I did move it in the middle of my sleep. On the plus bed was comfy, clean sheets ( too much fresher / scent in the sheets). I didn't have breakfast but smelled good when I was leaving.
Disliked: Not so much fragrance in the sheets. Really check the room and vacuum well and clean cobwebs in the room from the floor to ceiling. I didn't feel as comfortable as I should.

Liked: Pretty quiet, staff was very friendly, bed comfy, great t.v. channels, strong wifi, hot shower!
Disliked: The fridge wasn't too cold, neither the room coffee, or breakfast coffee was delicious. In fact it was horrible. Also, no option for tea. The room was super chemical smelling & I had to leave door & window open for an hour. One window was stuck & was inoperable.
