Liked: There was a tram stop outside. Half of the staff was pleasant. Half of the food served at the daily breakfast buffet was good.
Disliked: During Check-in, the employee was not pleasant; she was neither welcoming nor helpful. Our room's air-conditioner did not work, and the room was not fully prepared (lacking pillows and coffeemaker that other rooms had). We asked for help from the Front Desk and were told to wait 30 minutes for the air-conditioner to try again, but it didn't work. We finally got another room nearby. However, the towel racks in both rooms were stained with yellow streaks. This is the first hotel that we stayed in that did not offer boxes of tissues to guests: only toilet paper. The Front Desk told us they don't use tissues in the hotel. That night, we had cocktails in the bar, but the server made them badly. She asked me if my drinks were watered-down, and I said Yes, but she only apologized and walked away. She made no effort to fix the issue until I complained. The daily breakfast was identical every morning, and half the food was badly made: low quality.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, location ok.
Disliked: Very noisy rooms, it's like you don't have any isolation from outside. You could hear all the trains passing by along with all the traffic noise. Initially we had a room at 3rd floor and we couldn't sleep because of the outside noise. The second day we asked the staff to receive a new room. We got a new one located at 5th floor, unfortunately it didn't solve the noise issue.
